RSMM Recruitment 2014 www.rsmm.com Application Form : Rajasthan State Mines And Minerals Limited, Udaipur has issued a latest recruitment notification and invites application forms for the posts of Assistant Managers in various disciplines to fill up 34 vacancies. The eligible candidates should apply before last date : 31st March 2014.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
i) B.E/ B.Tech in Mining / Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering.
[OR]
ii) CA/ICWA from an Institution established by law in India.
[OR]
iii) MBA in HR as specialization (Major) or two years PGDM in HR or Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)
[OR]
iv) Diploma in Mining Engineering and Mines Surveying with Mines Surveyor's certificate of Competency under CMR, 1957/MMR, 1961
[OR]
V) Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India.
Age Limit : The age of the candidates should be between 18 to 35 years as on 01.04.2014. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category shall be applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale : PB-3, Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written test and Interview.
Application Fee :
For SC/ST candidates from Rajasthan : Rs.125/-
For all other candidates : Rs.250/-
The application fee is to be paid in the form of a bank Demand Draft drawn in favour of "RSMML" payable at Udaipur.
